2015 GL - wooden door trim cracked

Hello all,

our 2015 GL has been epic for over 100k miles, but it is starting to show its age in a few places. One of the things that annoys me are cracks on the wooden door trim (below the window) on driver and passenger side. I have discovered my adventurous side to try and fix things myself, but the doors I have a lot of respect for.

Is it possible to a) buy new wooden trim pieces (hoping that they don't look completely different to the rest of the trim) and b) replace it yourself without having a degree in trim-installation?

Thanks for your input!

Easy to do - pull the panel off and then you'll have screws holding the trim to the door panel. This video should help:
