2014 GL450 spark plug replacement
All, was seeking rough cost estimate these days to do M278 spark plug replacement.
I am considering doing it myself (fairly handy). I can get 8 plugs for $65. A 14mm thin wall magnetic swivel socket for $15.
I have the Torx set, the Dielectric grease, torque wrench, etc.
Have not gotten quotes for someone else to do, so seeking guidance here. I live in Colorado.

just do it yourself, even if it takes all day it's a $600 job and it doesn't suck at all. Make sure you change your air filters, cabin filter annually too.
you're gonna want to torque them, Mercedes wants them within a 45 degree arc of the fuel injector.

Yep saw that. Video's look straight forward on how to do as well. Just gotta have the right tools.
This one looks pretty good of the entire process.
I was going to go with this set of spark plugs. I believe this is the OEM equivilant with thread length/indexing.
It will cost me $100 and my time. Looks like a good weekend project..
