I seek a professional advice I want to rebuild an M278 engine which will entail replacing the cylinder sleeve. I like to order sleeve from Melling sleeve but they/Melling company ask this question "Do you want a 3/32 or 1/8th wall. What length?"
Obliviously, I am not an engineer its not my position to do most of these findings but here in my location the person changing the sleeves do not have genuine sleeves. I do not want to risk using substandard part to rebuild the engine.
