2014 GL450 RPM Bouncing, vibrating, and flashing CEL

Hi. My 2014 GL450 with 92,800 miles started vibrating at idle today after it became warm. Car was fine at cold start. The RPM started to bounce, and the check engine light was flashing for a couple seconds until it stayed still. Please advise.

I think you'll have to scan it and give us the codes. You don't need anything fancy. I paid $40 on Amazon for one that connects to my phone via Bluetooth. Most autoparts stores will scan it for you too.

Yesterday I started it and it misfired for
a bit and then the engine light went still. Upon second start, it was completely normal. Although I noticed a lot of water upon the first cold start but it was just water. And it was pretty cold outside too. Currently it’s been towed to the dealership just because I don’t want to risk it getting worse.
