Wiper arm tension, blade not making contact.

Recently replaced wiper blades and the passenger side is not making contact at the center of the blade. The arm needs a little more tension but I don’t want to just bend it. Is there a way to increase the tension?

They are Rain-X blades. Might just have to go with the manufacturer brand next time. Driver side is fine it just leaves an unwiped area on the passenger side.

Go with a different brand. I've not had good luck with the Rain-X blades on any MB. Their adapter causes issues like the one you are having.

Yeah I tried a different brand, Bosch and the blade still isn’t making full contact with the windshield.

The wiper arm is pretty thick and doesn’t look like it would be bent easily.

I’ll start getting the manufacturer brand and if that still doesn’t make contact I’ll take the arm off and do it the hard way lol.
