Front seatbelts retracting poorly
Hi all,
Are anyone else's front seatbelts retracting slowly and sometimes getting caught in the door? I'm considering pulling out a passenger side belt first so I can check if it is possible to wind the spring tighter, or to replace the spring entirely.
Looking to see if anyone had to do this already. I haven't done such work since my 92 Maxima, and the seatbelt mechanisms were a bit different back then. A new seatbelt is very expensive (~1k each), and I don't really trust the used ones not to have the same problems.
