Dim backup camera
I’ve been really frustrated for years with the uselessly dim rear camera at night. Yes, I’ve adjusted the brightness on the screen and according to the dealer the TSB was performed while under previous ownership (I can’t imagine it being worse).
I tried LED reverse bulbs, but no matter what I did, including resistors, I couldn’t stop the flicker. I added a cheesy little LED light which tapped into the reverse light wiring. It does little to help.
I’d like to buy a light that slides into the receiver and plugs into the 7 way plug , but having anything plugged into this disables blind spot detection. Can anyone think of a work around or come up with a better solution?
