Blind Spot Assist Inoperative
I have a 2014 GL500. My Blind Spot Assist has stopped working, and after driving a minute or so will give error in dash, and yellow triangles on mirrors light up.
I scanned the and found the following Fault Code: C1101FA - The radar sensor 8 has a malfunction
Scanning further I have a fault at the Outer Left rear intelligent radar sensor system. This, I believe, would be in the corner of the rear bumper, and a simple module to unplug.
ECU information on this module gives me the following information from my scanner:
I will check the module and connections, but in case I need to replace this module, I assume PN would be A0009018802, however do I need to worry about Software or Hardware #? I have read conflicting information on this.
