P0016 & P0341

Too many german broads
P0016 & P0341
Getting both these codes, P0016 & P0341. Noticing an extending time to crank and increased chain noise on cold starts only, which disappears after seconds.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but P0341 would populate due to P0016, (position crankshaft / camshaft sensor A Bank1) ?
Should I start with this sensor, or is this a sure sign of something more (cam adjusters, chain.. ) ?
