450 to 550 motor

450 to 550 motor
Aside from ecu what else would be needed to make the 550 engine work in a 450 ?
I realize 2 plus years later it’s time to put a 550 engine and does anyone know the exact build date they changed the material coating on the block during production? I believe it was September 2015
but the truck I found has a build date of 1-2015 so it’s a bit of a gamble
can coding be done to make the newer engine work flawlessly in the 450 as such.
this is my last post on this but figured it will help some other owners out there who has this issue come up.
