SRS/Left front door crash sensor
Hello, I have 2016 GL550 and I got codes B009111 and B009195. I replaced the left front door crash sensor but that didn't not resolve the problem. After replacing the sensor I tried clearing the faults with iCarsoft mb v2.0 but the codes are still present. I wonder if anyone on here has gone through an issue like this with any of the crash sensors and how they fixed the problem. Also if there is a short to ground on the left front door SRS circuit how do you diagnose and locate the short? Is there a way to reset the SRS module? Maybe a simple reset is all its need it but I'm not sure how to do that.
My biggest problem with this is because of that when I try driving the car it will constantly put its self to "P" no matter if I put it in "D" or "R" it will alsmot immediately go back to "P". If I'm fast enough and accelerate before it goes back to "P" it will go but as soon as come up to a stop it will automatically go back to "P".
Any help or advice will be much appreciated. Thank you!
