GL63 tune options

I'm on the fence which way to go and was wondering what other owners' experience has been with their GL63 ECU tunes. I'm currently looking at Weistec and Renntech and was wondering who else is out there and/or recommended before I pull the trigger.

We can help you out too, and our primary location is in houston!

Plus, our pricing is a lot more inline with what it should be without the mercedes tax!!!

I thought I would throw in a plug for Eurocharged (EC) just in case you weren't super familiar with them.

I have an EC dyno tune on my modded SL and am very happy with it. One great advantage to EC is they don't charge you every time you need an additional tune because of a new mod. Many people start out with just a tune. They are so impressed with the gains, they start wanting more mods. Often, a new mod requires a new tune to make sure the air/fuels stay safe. People like Renntech will charge you every time.

If you want to get more info about EC, check out the W211, E55 forum. They continue to be the mod nuts of MBW and many of them have EC tunes.

My first set of mods was Renntech pulley, tune, and cooling. The stuff was great, bullet proof. It also cost 3 or 4 times more than EC and others. If you are good with spending the money, you will be happy with the RT stuff.
