Follow this until the screen called ABC

CAREFUL not to change any setting you might forget to reverse in case a problem.

Also look at where it talks about the clock faces.

I did try to change the start up screen but all appear to be the same.

Most everything interesting is under HU parameter. The trick is when you get to the bottom of a screen you have to tap down on the Comand controller to go to next screen.
