1) Cheapest option: resonator delete. Around $100-$200 depending on muffler shop. Make sure they know how to weld stainless steel and use stainless steel filler. Also, to use a stainless steel pipe vs. aluminium to mate them. I would ensure they don't cut too close to the resonator so if you want to put it back on you have enough pipe to.
Renntech said they don't offer a resonator delete anymore because it does get rid of frequencies that are unwanted and they prefer to change out the downpipes and rear muffler instead.
Listening to the youtube video, it does seem a bit loud at start-up and idle. I don't know if there is any drone - others with the same engine said there wasn't and it was their best mod.
2) aftermarket downpipes - RADO is the only one with cats you can use on a stock tune with no check-engine light. Even Renntech's downpipe with cats create a check engine light on full load.
3) rear muffler - brabus is a great option and you can actually use the stock rear bumper/diffuser (you can see pictures in another post). It's pricey - so there is supersprint and that other brand I am forgetting starting with an M.
Let us know what you end up doing.

If you want a set of the RADO downpipes, just let me know. They are in stock and can be shipped out to you immediately. They are super easy to install in that truck as well.
