2016 GL63

Driver Memory seat settings

Hi everyone,

Just took delivery of CPO 2016 GL63....this car is a monster and i love it.
I'm absolutely stumped and hope someone can help me here. Maybe the car needs to be checked..
I'm trying to set the driver seat memory setting for #2 and #3...
However, when i press M and then #2, i don't hear the beep...i can only save on #1..
I tried the factory reset...i tried with a different key..
Nothing. i don't hear any beep when i press M and then #2 or #3...
Can anyone help??

the factory reset I did was on the settings section of both the main screen and the driver screen. However this did not help at all and the memory settings were all retained....
