New to Mercedes, does one get discounts off MSRP on the AMG GLC 63 SUV?

New to Mercedes, does one get discounts off MSRP on the AMG GLC 63 SUV?
I was at one dealership and they acted like they don't sell Mercedes AMG GLC 63 SUVs for less than MSRP. Is this accurate across the board?
I have a BMW X3M Competition I am lined up to buy with a nice deal of 16% off MSRP (9.5% discount and then $5500 incentive). I like the AMG a lot and would consider getting it instead but not for full sticker or even close to that.
I just don't have any prior experience with Mercedes and this particular dealership seemed a little snobby compared to the BMW dealership I have bought from before. Thanks for any advice with pricing a new AMG GLC 63 SUV. If one can routinely get discounts on the AMG GLC 63, what sort of discounts are people gettting?
