My indy mechanic, a certified mercedes master tech, insists that my 18 gls 63 has a stage 2 oil leak, pictured here. 47,000 miles. Warranty to 100,000. Two different, albeit loosely affiliated, dealerships have stated either that it is "only seeping" or not leaking at all and as such cannot be repaired under Mercedes Warranty. I have provided these pictures to both dealerships. Calling MB USA has been completely worthless. Anyone care to offer an opinion on this?
I'll be honest, if that's your only leak, you are doing great for an MB. If you own the car long enough and still have a warranty, I'd imagine it will get worse and they would have to fix. For now, enjoy your 63.
