Internet Connectivity with MBrace
Just purchased a 2018 GLS63 after owning a 2014 GL63. Both vehicles use the MBrace system for MB apps and require connection to the internet for access. I have not been able to connect either vehicle as of yet.
I’ve elevated the problem to Tier 2 technical support. Has anyone had and hopefully resolved this problem?
Without internet connectivity my vehicle hotspot is also INOP.
