I sent the car to a body shop in Seattle to apply clear protection film (clear bra). They just teared off these stickers without notify me in front.
They told me they had to tear it off and can't cut the protection film. They also can't put it back because they think that's going to damage the protection film.
is that normal?
Definitely not normal!!!
I've seen shops take different approaches.
Some shops will apply them over the ppf or I've seen some just cut the ppf around the badging. They can pretty much do whatever you want, but it might just cost more money.

Agreed! Mine were already removed before I got PPF but it's fine to have them reapplied on top of the PPF.
