12V Battery malfunction twice in a month - GLS63 - 2021
HI,
I have a 2021 - GLS63 with 8000 km.
the 12V Aux Battery has Mal-Funtioned twice now.
Causing the Vehicle not being able to Start, and had to Tow it.
two weeks ago, the dealer did a Software Update, eventho I kept on telling them that its a Battery Issue.
Now, I need to tow it again, and will see what they say.
I am super frustrated,
Does anyone know what the fix for this would be? If they change the Aux battery will it solve the issue?

You are experiencing the same issue that I had with our '21 GLS 63. In the 5,000 miles and 18 months of ownership, it has spent 4 months at the dealship. It has has two 12 volt batteries, one 48 volt battery, the "recall ground cable" issue and numerous check engine light issues.
The car has left us stranded three time. Thankfully the dealer/Mercedes bought the car back.
