Oil Level Too Low
So here’s a weird one for me, while driving my 2018 GLS63/(56K miles) yesterday, I had to make a hard right turn after which a warning message popped up something along the lines of ‘oil level too low to measure..’, I also noticed that the oil temp reading display showed ‘-‘ instead of the current values, checked the oil level which was near max, I went ahead and added a quart anyways, started her up but the oil temp reading still showed no values.
No CEL or oil low level warnings, checked with my scanner and it showed no fault codes, I decided to erase codes anyways and bam the oil temp readings were back!! Any clue if these are signs of a faulty oil pressure sensor or oil level sensor? Anyone experience something similar like this ? Thanks
