21 GLS63 Starting in Sand Mode and Dynamic selected not lit up on wheel

21 GLS63 Starting in Sand Mode and Dynamic selected not lit up on wheel
So I just bought a 21 GLS63 and after being transported there was a "Vehicle detected in collision" warning on the dash. Id assume thats from bouncing around on the transport so no big deal as it went away.
But the bigger issue is now the car keeps starting in sand mode every time I turn the car on. Also the drive select and the other dynamic button on the steering wheel are blacked out. The dealer says it will go back to normal after driving it for a bit but over all its been 3 days and still the same issue.
I pulled the negative terminal on the battery for 60 seconds and it didn't do anything.
Thoughts on how to fix this?
