Atturo Tires feedback
Doe anyone is roling with Atturo AZ850 285 /40 R22 110Y XL BSW ?

I need to replace PZero, but at $170 each and 50K miles warranty, I can get new shoes shipper on the 4 corners for less money

Downgrading to smaller wheels
Cheap tires do not take advantage of the superior suspension of a low to moderate mileage Mercedes. I can see it for a high mileage beater, otherwise what is the point of having a nice car and not paying a little extra for the best ride quality? You will suffer each time you drive until you pay up for the tire you should have gotten in the first place.
I am downgrading to an 18 inch wheel, from my current 19 inch, in hopes of a subtle improvement in ride quality, as the new wheels call for a slightly taller tire. Won't look as good, but I don't see the wheels when I'm driving and that way I'll know I did as much as I could to improve the ride comfort. Ride is good now on smooth roads, but I want it to be a little better on some of the bad pavement i encounter. Not sure what is the most comfortable tire for the new wheel, but I am open to suggestions. Hopefully, I won't regret this!

Little extra? My Pirelli tires (285/40R22 XL 110Y) are $600 each and last about 20K miles only (if lucky). That is less of a year for me.
Once again the question is if anyone has used Atturo Tires on a GLS and how they hold the weight and the torque related stress this cars put on them.

Bought the tires. Discount Tire didint have them on the website at the time of purchase. I called them just for installation, but they matchet Walmart price and lowered $10 on each tire. Basically kind of free installation.
I also installed EBC Yellow Stuff with new rotors in the 4 corners. I have tested the tires on dry road as well as raining at highway speeds and no complaints. For the proce I can get 3 new sets for the same price of 1 Pirelly set that is gonna last 20K miles anyways. I've noticed the mileage is slightly better by 1 - 1.5 mpg.
