Infotaiment Udapte "not installed"
Does anyone know how I can solve the problem? Update has been set to "not installed" for the infotainment system for over 30 days.
Automatic updates are activated in the car. 4G is also online.
There is simply nothing installed or offered in the car.

My dealer has been able to help with such things as failed OTA updates quickly and at no cost.

Sorry, no I don’t. Mine was an update to the MBUX voice recognition in my wife’s ‘21 GLB. I brought it in to the Express Service lane. They asked who my advisor was and she came out and got the car. 30 minutes later she brought it back. It couldn’t have been complicated because they didn’t even do any paperwork. I just I assumed it was because they have a a stronger cell signal.
When something similar happened to our ’15 GLK, they had to flash the comm module so that it would reset then accept the update. Maybe you could try deactivating automatic updates, waiting a few hours, then turning automatic back on and seeing if it tries again.

Hope you got this sorted out. Curious to know what the solution turned out to be.
Our GLA has not requested any update, but the MBUX on our V250 van took months to sort out for Android auto and Apple Play. In that case the dealer required a code from the factory to unlock these features.
