Low idle at 6 and 7th shift?

Low idle at 6 and 7th shift?
Not sure how to describe this...but does anyone else feel a lag or low idle rumble of exhaust resonance when cruising in 6th or 7th gear? Almost like the idle speed is too low or shift set point too low. ..like when you shift a manual too soon. Better in sport but still an issue...do you notice it and is there a fix?

It is setup this way to maximize efficiency in higher gears.
