Does anybody know what the towing capacity is for GLA250? I'm thinking of trade-in my ML for GLA250 but cannot find this info. Or the factory towing hitch is available at all? Even though it has a small engine but since it's a turbo with good torque + all wheel drive, I hope it can tow a small camping trailer. My wife and I love this car but towing is the only concern if we switch from our ML500.

I don't think there's a single value for tow capacity. You have to figure out the available capacity by subtracting the passenger and internal loads. Loading guidance is in the owners manual linked below, check around page 339:
Just a note - that article, although positive for the GLA towing ability is relative to towing in Britain. I do not think the GLA has an official towing capacity in the USA. That said, there are aftermarket hitches available and I plan to get one at some point. Hopefully after some one else confirms some success towing with one.
