I ordered a 2016 GLA250 with everything on it... Bi-xenon lights, panoramic roof, blind spot assist, etc. but I didn't opt for the HK sound system, which I am regretting completely as the stock system sounds awful. Anyone upgraded their GLA or would know what I should do to improve the sound?
I'm thinking upgrade speakers and add an amp....
Don't want to put in a sub or take up any room. Don't know anything about sound systems
Need help!!! Thanks

Hi!
I'm interested on updating as well. Just bought a new GLA 220cdi 4matic. A lot off extra stuff but not HK sound unfortunately! It was a showroom car, get a really god price. 8000$ from the list price!

just a quick comment..
My wifes GLA 250 has the HK system, and though its reasonable its certainly not impressive.. seems the same generic paper drivers, and a relatively clumsy amp..
playing around with the very limitted settings and using EQu by elephant candy makes the best of it..
i think replacing the door speakers, and adding a sub so the door speakers are not pulling double duty would improve it.. just getting better door speakers alone would i fear not change a great deal..
interested to see where you end up.. my wife is not interested in chaging anything.. so i won't be tweaking this one..

I am located in Dallas TX. I'd like to stay under a $1,000. Not wanting to go too crazy.
