Hu guys
I just bought my GLA yesterday, and it has a NAVI button on the Audio 20 panel and according to the seller its Navigation ready.
So, i read a bit on the net about it, and it says that if the car is navj-rady then its just to purchase a Becker Map pilot and put it to into the car.
But...i don't find the place for it?? I don't see anything in the glow box compartment, maybe its hidden with som cover, i don't know.
When i push the navi button, it says No Navigation installed.

And also, voice command button does not respons or do anything, nothing happens upon pressing it.
Maybe because i have a Swedish language installed in the car?
Please help....!!!!

Depending of the MY of your car, if it has NTG4.5 you will need first of all the harness from my picture and after all this mount and coded you can search on ebay the Becker unit,


or if car has NTG5, you will need only a cheep USB dock and a special SD Card.

How can i check if my car has or not NTG4.5 ?
And if it has, why do i need USB dock and a special SD card (i have in the car a usb connector) and what is it on that special SD card and how to get it?

You can post the VIN or at least a photo with the NTG.

Usualy the NTG5 has a thin crome bare at each key on front panel.

 

I don't what the VIN is
my key has a chrome surroundings as well as the main panel is in chrome
