back up camera will pop open while slowing speed
Today I found my rear view camera cover will automatically pop open when every time I slow down.

Presumably your backup camera is coming on at slow speed (how else would you notice the camera cover opening?)? The camera should of course only come on when in reverse for backing up. Alas time for a dealer service visit.
