2017 gla250 first time brakes help!?!?
I'm just doing pads as it's a lease .
what speciality tools do I need for front and back
What settings do I need to do in the car before and or after ??

If you have an electronic e brake in the rear, you have to deal with that.
Otherwise, jack it up, pull the calipers back and swap the pads. I guess you need a 19mm socket and maybe a C clamp.

Good links.
As shown in Kent's video, I've been applying anti-seize to the hub rim & face for years. Makes removing the wheels much easier given the occlusive seal of dissimilar metals. But of course not anywhere near the lug holes.
