Hello
I have problem with my new car. Its my first Mercedes and when the vehicle is in the garage after the end of the drive you can hear a ticking knock from under the hood. When he opens any door, the sound stops

It just sounds to me like the radiator/intercooler fan(s) continuing to run after engine shutdown, which is normal after a long drive and/or on a warm ambient day. It goes off automatically at a preset engine coolant temperature. Check for debris on the fan blades as that may be the cause of the thumping sound. Worst case would be a fan blade is out of alignment and hitting on its shroud.
Note that the catalytic converter may also make a ticking sound as its dissimilar metal cools.
And you may also hear a hissing sound as the turbo pressure equalizes.
