GLA 200 - India - Internet offline
In my 1 week old GLA, the internet went down and all the mercedes.me connect services stopped working after it was working fine for a week. (But the MMC call and SOS calls working fine). Internet status was showing as offline.
Went to dealer service centre and and they reset the system using XENTRY. Now the mercedes.me app itself is missing in the MBUX system and I am unable to connect the car. Also the MMC call and SOS also not working now.
XENTRY diagnosis is showing error "data link fault - DC 25" for Telematics. Service center technician don't have any knowledge of this issue. XENTRY was showing the eSim LTE as working fine.
Anybody have any idea about this issue?

I wish I had an answer for you but I don't. I would suggest you continue to work with your dealer to try to get this issue resolved. Maybe your owner's manual has information on who you might contact for additional help as in a regional rep?
