So sorry for your accident. I hope no one was hurt. You actually have a 2nd generation GLA so you might want to also post your post in that thread as well because that's where you'll find owners of your generation of GLA. The thread you've posted in is for the 1st generation GLA which doesn't have as many electronics on it as your car has. I know it's very frustrating to see a car that doesn't look on the surface to be too badly damaged but with all of the additional electronics in cars with many of the expensive sensors located in bumpers and windshields now, the accident repair cost can actually skyrocket really quickly. This was recently a discussion point at an MBCA tech session I was recently at. I hope you have good car insurance.
