The Juke-R was a secret project done by employees at Nissan UK I believe, started as a one off to mess with people, or to prove a point, but Nissan eventually got on board, and 20 I think were/are being produced, and being sold at the $500k a piece. I could go google it, but I am lazy and going off memory.

GLA 45 looks good to me... The Juke-R: Let's just say, I guess you can basically put anything into a turd and make it go fast. What's the point and what does it prove? You could do the same thing with a Pontaic Aztec and make that go fast too. That would definitely look a "Rhinoceros on Crack" tearing up the mile.

If it's anything like the CLA / A-Class it will be a noticeable step down from the C class in quality. I was thinking about buying a CLA AMG for a daily driver but I just did not find the quality was that great. Plastics, fit and finish and leather were not as good. Doors did not shut with the same solidity as the W204 etc. I'm just too used to the quality of Benz at C-class and above to be impressed by the new A-Class based generation of cars apart from their performance.

I'm definitely getting one...changed my cla45 order to this...saw the order guide... pano roof is an option, all packages are same as the cla45 (amg seats,.exhaust,drivers pkg, etc)...wheels are 19 and.optional 20.. black or silver like the cla45... and.an upgraded aero kit that gives it gloss black front canards or a.big spoiler like the a45 amg... matte gret vs silver optional.. and orient brown... which I'm doing...haha with the night package, no aero though

my wife has been looking at smaller SUVs. she narrowed it down in late fall to the X3 xd35i M Sport and the Q5 V6. unfortunately, i think she'll have something way before the GLA 45 makes it here but if it were available now, it'd definitely be in the running. it's crazy how expensive the BMW and Audi get with just a few options, definitely several thousand over 50k MSRP.
