still waiting for MY16 GLA45 AMG
Anyone else still waiting? My sales rep found out my car is built and has been delivered but is waiting certification before it can be delivered to the dealer...painful...thanks VW for screwing us over. From what my sales rep said, it because of VW's recent issues that new cars from Europe needs recertification with new engine. I guess they're considering 20HP upgrade a new engine? Just few more days now...

in other forums, a bunch of us are waiting for it to be delivered, as far as i know there are no release of 2016 CLA45 GLA45 for most of north america. Some had their car delivered to VPC as far back as nov last year still waiting to be released. As far as reason goes, there are excuses/rumors of being not released includes
1) No official released date yet, current rumored estimate is mid feb (changed from mid jan)
2) Possible emission issues, not passing most likely which might lead to remapping the ECU (which could negate the +20hp increase from 2015)
and it goes on....

Stop waiting and purchase a low mileage GLA45 AMG, add an AMS intake and volia', no wait and the additional 20 hp you're looking for. Of course without the $60K + price tag. Yep, soon as you drive it off the lot you've lost, $10K.
Pretty much a joke when you can only get tops $45K for a 2015 certified in immaculate condition. Same goes for the CLA45 AMG.
