Looks like for 2021 you can now order the dashcam option for the GLB 4matic. Don't know if it's a separate unit or if it's integrated into the camera system (I would think it's the latter), and it's a $200 add-on option.

It looks like someone has got dashcam working through a mod/hack, plus wireless Apple CarPlay. Adventurous users may want to see if he can help activate it for you.
Tried contacting this guy, and all I got were undelivered emails. Maybe someone else hs better luck!
