As far as insulation hood the diagram below. The insulation pad should be able to reduce cabin noise. Item 300 is the insulation blanket and 310 are the clips for it.

can you post the link to where you bought that insulation pad please.

I never purchased it. The only place I could find the hood insulation pad was on aliexpress and I did not feel comfortable to purchase it there, especially since it looks like it has foam on inside instead of typical padded fiber. Below is the link to one of them. My comment was that this part was available in China but not in Europe or USA. Mercedes still identifies it as Item #300 on their diagram but does not provide part number. In theory this pad should make the cabin quieter.

I found this listed as "Hood, Damping" at mbonlineparts.com under GLB35 AMG. PN 182 628 00 00 28. The GLA 250 does not have a hood insulator listed. I don't know if the hoods are similar enough for this to be fit.

I have found part number for prior Model year GLA, however I did not find it for GLB. The insulation pads are not the same shape between GLA and GLB. You can see that from the part diagram. And the one you attached looks like a GLA hood insulation vs. GLB. I tried to google part # 182 628 00 00 28 and came up empty.

I just looked at website and they definitely referenced a wrong car for the pad. When you look at their description it states CLA not GLB.
  • SKU:118682000028
  • Other Names:Damping, Hood
  • Description: Cla250, cla35 amg.
  • Condition:New
  • Replaces:1186820000

Yes. I see that in the description. When you cross check with CLA, a different part number is given. When I have the chance, I will call the help number. I think this is a dealership somewhere in New York. They say they guaranty fitment.

I was really surprised that the GLB did not come with one. If I can't get it, I will probably make one out of the high density aluminum coated rock wool pads available from 3rd parties. I will post results, but it may be quite a while.

I contacted two Ebay sellers from China that list Cotton Dampening Hood for model 2020 GLA, and both stated that they do not have the same product for GLB. I guess MB does not produce it yet. Hopefully it will be available later.

Question Logo Projector Lights Issue

I just installed a set of OEM (part# A2478208702) logo lights that Vlad got and they are both flickering (see video)
Also found a Mercedes Xentry Tip mentioning this exact issue ( https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...78717-9999.pdf ), saying the door control modules need to be reprogrammed....
Did anyone else have an issues after installing these OEM logo lights?

Just buy the one from DMP Design. Trust me. And No issues at all. Way better that OEM. Brighter, Sharp, Perfect Fit. Plug and play.

I have.mine on GLB and No issues.
I bought the same for my CLA 4 years ago and they still running perfectly.

Here in the UK my dealer says there is no way we can get mudflaps for my 2021 GLB (with 772 AMG trim option) ... he sent me this pic of the available ones which, I agree will not fit

These are my wheelarches...
Front...

and rear...

so I am stumped as to what WILL fit and where I can get them...

MB Brooklyn told me that there is no AMG mud flaps... They have OEM mud flap for GLB 250 in eBay. It is similar to your first photo and they say it doesn't fit to GLB 35:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/384160363813

The Chinese sellers are selling 2 versions. One seller with your second photo is even telling that it works for GLB 35. I read your post and checked it more... Also I saw in Alibaba that it doesn't fit the rear and some postings in eBay say so. Another eBay seller is selling only front mud flaps for GLB 35 and I bought it. He sent me exactly the same GLB 250 mud flaps as in your second photo including the rears. The fronts fits perfectly to GLB 35 AMG. The rears are off so much... The GLB 35 rear has sloped L shape:
https://www.la.mercedes-benz.com/en/...030125007.jpeg

At least fronts are covered for winter...

35 AMG line has a squarish profile vs. 250 which is round. That should give you an indication which one you need.

The one that I posted in reply to your post:

OEM Front Pair Splash Guards Mud Flaps FOR 2019-2021 Mercedes Benz GLB GLB35 AMG
https://www.ebay.com/itm/264821971070

It is the same as GLB 250 model and fits to AMG 35 fronts only...

I actually have similar issues. I bought the OEM set for my 2020. It doesn't always blink, I'd say 50/50. And usually happens more on the passenger side.

Are you sure you are fitting the rear mud flaps to the right side of the wheel well? They should be on the backside of the rear tire. Pictures you posted showed the front side of the rear wheel well.

Sorry if I am been confusing. You stated that your rear mud flaps did not fit, but the pictures show front of the wheel well not the the back of it.

yes, as I said in post #69..... "they" (the China ebay supplier) supplied four mudflaps ......I am assuming the other two were for the rear but they dont fit.
The pictures I posted are for the fronts which, again as I said, do fit perfectly..... I just need to find some that will fit the rear

You can try posting your part request on "Mercedes Tech Talk" and see if people that have access to MB repair/parts manual give you part numbers for rear mud flaps.

You were sent a Base GLB250 rear mud flaps. That is what I have on mine GLB250 4matic. Your rear bumper trim shape is different from both Base and AMG versions on gasoline engine models.
