Issues checking engine oil level on dashboard

I have a 2020 GLB 250. I was trying to use the dashboard to check my engine oil level electronically. However, every time I check, it just says that the engine oil level is being measured and there's never a reading coming up. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Does anyone know what is going on? Any help is appreciated, thanks

I would suggest getting that checked out with the Dealer if it persistently does that. I don't have that issue.

Ellen, My GLB250 has same issue. after DIY change oil and oil filter, when checking oil level on screen, it freeze on screen "Measuring Engine Oil Level .." and never back to any results. I tried it when I drive car for few miles, and in morning after leave car over night. it always keep on "Measuring Engine Oil Level ..". is anyone knows how to fix it ? is this a software issue or oil level sensor issue?

Actually.. now when you said.. i am realising that its the same with me. However i always use to ignore and jump to another screen for something else once it showed "Measuring Oil level"
I have a Service A pending next month and i'll update in this forum once i speak to the dealer and let everyone know here if that sounds like a fix.
