Does all GLB come with tinted window?

Does all GLB come with tinted window?
I was looking on the web and I noticed some glb35 has clear windows on back. Is the window tint standard or optional for the rear passenger and tailgate?

I just picked up my GLB35 and no privacy glass in the back. All the GLB250 on the show room floor had the privacy glass. I did ask the question before signing, but no one had any idea

2021 Glb35 AMG (2013 GLK 350)
GLB's are registered as passenger car in US, so there is no privacy glass to meet federal/state requirements such as NYS. I don't know why it is registered as a passenger car, since similar sized GLK (even in shorter length) was registered as MUV (multiple use vehicle) and came with privacy glass.

yep, the epa classifies it as a station wagon so no tint on the back! But the dealer said mercedes gives them money that is like customer appreciation money, cant remember the exact term, but it's up to $1000. So they gave me a we owe sheet that I took to the tint shop and they covered it. Got the best tint they had including clear heat reflective film on the windsheild!
