Wind Deflectors for GLB (All models)

What’s up guys,

I just ordered these wind deflectors for all of my side windows. They are in channels and not the double sided 3M stuff that adhere to the door frame. I personally think they look cool. really sleek and stealthy, and I sorta like the branding… gives me a sort of Euro feel!

Here is the links.

(e-heko has the install videos.)

https://e-heko.com/en_GB/p/Wind-deflectors-MERCEDES-GLB-X247-5d-2019-front-only-/15266

(Etsy Posting)

https://www.etsy.com/listing/892904839/in-channel-rain-guards-for-mercedes-glb

Side note:
E-Heko only delivers throughout EU… These were the only in channel deflectors I found during my search.

Surprisingly I came across a listing on ETSY out all places that I believe is a vendor of Heko.
The vendor is AUTOHAUS if you want to take a look at their shop.

I took a really quick photo before heading off to school… I’ll post better pictures of all side windows for viewing. But, for now, here’s a okay-ish picture…

hey man!
I was thinking about putting these on my GLB250. Did you get a chance to take some more photos? Would love to see how they look all around the car.

thanks!

here are some more photos from my iPhone. They look pretty low profile imo. But it does blend in pretty well if I do say so myself! Hope these pics help brother!

although if I did have one gripe, it would be the branding. I personally just don’t like logos/ branding, but I know some do. Just a personal taste thing.

Serious question, what is the purpose of these? I've always wondered as I've never installed on a car I own or had on family car. We often had the front wind deflector for obvious reasons on trucks. But I've always been curious what the purpose/use of these ones for side windows. Does it keep the airflow calmer when the window is open?

I know this isn’t the proper thread for this but I thought I’d post it here anyway. Kinda got too excited lol. I’ll repost later on the correct thread.

Just got my front lip and rear diffuser! Install went very well.

Good point you bring up. I bought these purely for aesthetic and to keep the rain out while having the window cracked open a tiny bit. I’m a serial vapor so I keep he window cracked to blow out the vape. I think wind deflectors right now are being used for the general aesthetic. I see a lot of Subarus and Hondas that are rocking wind deflectors around my area.

Appreciate the response. To each his own. I think they make the car look worse. In my opinion your GLB looks amazing but would look better without them. Is hotboxing not a thing w/vape? I'm aging myself with this comment... But anything I ever smoked I wanted all that **** in my bawwdeee, lol.

Resurrecting an old thread for wind deflectors. Seems like they are hard to come by, but did come across a brand I've never heard of called Wellsvisors that make in channel deflectors for the GLB.

https://wellvisors.com/products/in-c...2025-eqb-class

Has anyone installed them yet, if so, can you help a fellow owner out with some photo's. Thanks in advance.👍🏻

Pulled the trigger on the in channel versions since they were on discount over the holiday season and put them on over the weekend. The install was easy, just like the Weathertech's. But I like this brand more since the design is more streamlined and less bulky, like doesn't bulge out as much. Also didn't have any issues with the windows seating when fully closed up. So, that worked out.

Highly recommend WELLvisors, can't go wrong with either the in or out channel.
