Door Need it !!!!!! GLB 250
Hi All,
I got in a car accident on Oct 15 2021 and the passenger rear door got damaged. I'm still waiting for the door from the dealer but the door is out of stock in the USA and the is no news went they are going to have it available. is almost 7 months and Mercedes has not come up with the part. can anyone give me a hint about where I can find the door?

Did you talk with Mercedes Care (1 (800) 367-6372)? Mine was not serious eg plastic trim separated around the back wheel, but similarly I waited 4 months with no ETA for the part. I filled an online form on MB website, since the Mercedes Care phone # was not operational and they contacted me in couple days and the part showed up in a week or two at the dealership service center.

Have you tried a different dealer, just to make sure?
If dealers cannot get any new parts, your only choice is a junk yard. Sometimes they post on ebay. Try calling junk yards around your area.
