As fas as paint colors, it’s your car, so get what you like. But be aware that anything except black, white, or silver on a Mercedes could slightly lower its resale. That might not affect a GLB all that much, but red on sedans and green on coupes made a noticeable difference.
Look at what GLBs the dealers order for stock — white, black, silver, and a few blues.

I haven't seen that color in person. It looks more Gold from online photos but I would definitely see it first.
As someone else mentioned, it's going to be hard to get rid of as you'll take a hit for that color. If you have a sentimental reason for that color type you'd be better off getting a common color and doing a wrap.

it definitely has pink undertones, and is certainly a feminine color. I can almost smell the perfume when I see a Rose Gold Mercedes. (Mostly see GLA's this color)

I had a capri blue C32. In the dark it looks black, in low/med light it looks dark blue. In direction sunlight it looked purple.
My GLB in galaxy blue metallic is almost the opposite. in low/med light it looks dark blue and maybe a little on the purple side. In direct sunlight it looks bright blue.

The lighting does change things for sure. Overcast vs sunny, it will look different, this particular colour.

It is not for everyone and it does stand out when it is sunny, a very unique colour with a very unique personality.
