2024 GLB35 Driver Assistance Package

2024 GLB35 Driver Assistance Package
This is my first post to the site.
I ordered 2023 GLB35(polar white) in May and was told it would take 7 months to be delivered.
As time passed, you know GLB35 was facelifted and I asked the dealer to place 2024 GLB35(Starling blue) instead with the driver assitance a month ago.
He also told he could not place the order as the driver assistance was not available now. I used to own GLS550 with lane keep, which was not that perfect but very useful.
So the driver assistance is a mandatory option for me. Does anyone have information how long waited? I live in the US, California.
