Vent about wiper quality and how to fix it
Just want to share a sour feeling with Mercedes part quality. Bought the car 5 months ago, had the wipers rubbing and squeaky noises. Went to dealer and had the wipers & windshield changed, problem still there.

Went to service a few more times, have everything checked, wiper motor, angle, etc you name it, problem still existed and they signed off the job saying they couldn't find the issue even though I showed them the video of it.
They have been ignoring my message / email more than 2 weeks now so I decided to buy another set of cheap wiper from AliExpress and guess what, it fixed the problem completely!! I am mad and glad at the same time that I don't have to buy expensive low quality parts from them anymore.
This is such a basic function of a car. Even our 2013 Toyota Yaris never has this issue!

2020 GLB250 owner here. I have never been satisfied with the windshield wipers and I'm on my third set. They're streaky and smear the window, and the amount they charge for them is a joke. Doesn't happen with my wife's Honda.

You can try get the aftermarket alternative ones. For my case I got them from AliExpress and couldn't be happier. Very competitive price & the problems are all gone.
