Ikon GPS tracker not functioning

Ikon GPS tracker not functioning
Hi
I purchased 2024 GLB35 in June in Texus(I live in CA) and the dealer installed an Ikon GPS tracker. But it rarely functions only twice in total(so the connection itself is not faulty). The Ikon support told the dealer should check the connection but I don't know where it locates.
I know one OBD2 port exists right under the steering wheel but does anyone know other places?
