Hi guys, I'm trying to understand if my MY2024 GLB35 AMG mfg date of 10/23 has MBUX NTG6 or NTG7?

If NTG7, how do ya switch to zero layer? Holding the Home icon doesn't seem to do anything.

If I'm not mistaken that is only available on latest generations of C-Class and S-Class. Not for our entry level GLBs unfortunately.

 

Thanks for the reply. Im under the same impression, but then I see a reference to zero layer (which I believe is a NTG7 specific feature) in the manual (PDF version page 450), except it doesn't say how to enable it. So I'm a bit confused.

 

Facelifted GLB GLE and GLS all have the horizontal screens and run NTG6.
NTG7 can be found in cars with vertical middle displays or cars with super/hyperscreen (EQE / EQS / new E class)

 

Actually, facelift GLB has NTG 7 MBUX 2.0 that just happens to be designed so it fits the horizontal screen.
