I am looking at going with some aftermarket wheels and tires for my 2023 GLB 250 4matic. I will be using the identical factory setup 18" diameter wheels, 8" wide and 235 /55 tires. The only deviation will be the offset of 48mm vs the standard 53mm. I want to keep the factory wheel and tires for winter. If I have new TPMS installed in the new setup, will the car recognize them or is programing or dealer intervention required?

As long as the wheel sensors are compatible with the system, the new sensors will be read after a few minutes of driving.
