My GLB200 started to have a weak jet onto front screen so I assumed there was no water in reservoir even though no indication on dash. Lifted bonnet and Filled up reservoir but when I tried absolutely nothing. Then realised they won't work with bonnet up so must be a safety feature. However closed bonnet and can hear pump but still a weak jet. Plus rear washer has no water but pump it making a noise.
Do I have to remove wheel and inner liner to get to reservoir and pump?
I noted there is no water reservoir has no filter so when filling up dirt could get into tank. Just thinking pipes could get blocked as I can hear pump running.

What windshield washer fluid do you use? Some tend to like to gunk up MB tanks and the sensors, you didn't get any messages showing low fluid right despite having fluid?
Maybe you could try back flushing with a bit of low pressure air.
Did not work for me when I had the same issue. There was a jelly like substance all over the pump area that had to be manually removed...it was a tank out procedure.
After taking wheel off and inner wing plastic found the washer tank. And as you mentioned the pump intake had gunked up with a jelly type substance. So my guess two screen washer fluid reacted with each other.Anyway all cleaned and replaced with water and all working fine.
