2023 GLB35 AMG one touch window close not working
Good morning, wondering if anyone knows how to correct the one touch window close operation to work? This had been working up until a few days ago and now I have to continuously hold the button to close the window. One touch open window works fine as I push the open window down and it opens without having to hold the button...the close window does NOT work with just one touch. I have googled and found some procedure to reset by holding down the button to open the window (held it for 10 seconds) and close window (held it for 10 seconds) and it still does not work. I know this is NOT a huge deal but when I go to try and start the car via the Mercedes APP, it says it cannot start the car because a window is open (which no window is open) so I can only assume that because I need to manually hold the button to close the window, the vehicle thinks a window is open. Yes, I visually and physically touched ALL windows and there is NO window open. Thanks in advance.

This happened to me recently when the battery got replaced.
Try resetting the end positions on the windows. You can do this by manually going all the way down and then back up. Keep pushing the window button and don't let go until the window reaches its end position. Do this 4 times in a row.
The one touch function should work afterwards.

I don't know if this is the correct way to do it, but it's worked for me on both my windows and my sunroof.
Open the window holding the window switch (don't release until fully open), then push down on the switch again, for a few seconds.
Then reverse the procedure by raising the window while holding the switch until fully closed, then lift the switch for a few seconds (ten?) again.
I do one more sequence - lower, push switch, raise, pull switch etc.
You can start in either direction.
I wish I had known that, when my sunroof would repeatedly return to half-open, in a snowstorm in Steamboat Springs. Went and bought a tarp and held it in place with the doors.
