Getting to this point was about a painful six month process. Primarily because my wife was involved. This ordinarily pragmatic woman, was in this instance, so wishy washy, on more than one occasion, I was ready to toss in the towel. A plus here is that will not have to subject myself to these travails again as this will most likely be our last vehicle.
When I bought the ZO6 the entire process took about 30 minutes. Of course choosing options was simple as there were but two.
Advice from an old man who has bought many cars. Do your best to not involve your spouse. If this fails turn the entire effort over to her and bow out. lol

That comes to $58,225 on the mbusa website and $58,875 on the dealer's computer.
I am a little concerned about the color choices... my 2012 ML is Iridium silver with a GRAY interior; I like the combination. The only choices on the GLC interior are black (too hot in the summer sun), beige (I call it light brown or tan) and espresso brown. I don't think a brown (light or dark) interior goes well with a silver gray exterior... but I could probably get used to it. I don't want to go for the designo versions. Choices, choices.

Sure wish we had a better ball team. I'm getting tired of taking stik from my kid who lives in St Louis. Unfortunately, don't think improvement coming anytime soon.

The GLC I have on order will be the first foreign car I've owned. We looked at every brand American made suv but could fine nothing that possessed the engineering and styling we were looking for. I'm optimistic we'll be very pleased with our Deutschland built suv.
At some point in the future, manufacture of the GLC will move to the Alabama MB plant.
